About Erica

Erica considers herself a student for life; she consistently challenges herself to adapt and learn! Erica’s experience in real estate isn’t new, she grew up being exposed to business, rentals and Sunday drives. Her grandmother, Helen Parrott, was a highly respected local realtor and throughout the years Erica has been influenced by her stories and core values. Erica has bought and sold homes, owned investment properties, property managed, and was her own general contractor for the design/ build of her family home. 

The knowledge these experiences provided to her will be an asset to help her clients buy or sell a home or investment!
